出现这样的原因是，由于国内大部分IP目前都是使用IPv4，App Store审核时会先访问DNS服务器，获得iOS应用服务器的IPv6地址,再进行访问，如果DNS服务网无法成功解析到IPv6地址，出现在提交App Store审核时被拒的情况。

对于ipv6问题，我们提供以下几个解决办法：

1.如果App本身不兼容IPv6，最好的办法是让App本身兼容IPv6或通过升级服务器来支持IPv6；

2.如果App本身已兼容IPv6，是审核人员所在的网络环境导致的问题，其解决方式之一是截图或拍下视频向苹果申诉；另一个办法就是什么都不动，尝试多次提交审核
